What you say

"I just wanted to let you know how well our trip to London for the Lord Mayor’s Show went. Please can you pass on a special thank you to your driver, Paul, who did a brilliant. The new coach was also very comfortable and we appreciated the hot drinks service you were able to provide.  Paul was very helpful and considerate to the entire group but especially our disabled members who needed to use the access lift, being very patient and making sure they were comfortable for the journey home by making an unscheduled comfort stop. "After our first season working with Eclipse Coaches we have been impressed by both their drivers and coaches; everyone we have dealt with has been knowledgeable , professional and attentive. The coaches are always modern, if not new, reliable, comfortable and well presented with the prestigious Mercedes marque adding extra kudos to our trips. Going forward Eclipse will be our first choice coach operator!"
